Hello WSC! How’s lockdown life going? I’m finding most days I’m able to identify with at least one of these stages on the hedgehog cake scale…
A few weeks ago on a hedgehog level 5 day, I asked around for recommendations for free online fitness and well being resources. I’ve since tried some of these (when I’ve had the energy / it’s felt right – which is fairly sporadic at the moment!); found them really helpful and wanted to share them in one space. Wherever you are at, here’s some links to free resources that may help on the good days, bad days and anything else in between days (or hours).
